At JET Window & Pressure cleaning we are pleased to offer only Hand
Washed window cleaning.  What exactly does "Hand Wash" window
cleaning mean, and what's the difference?

  • Hand Washing is when a technician climbs a ladder to each individual window, hand
scrubs it, and then squeegees it.
  • Water-fed pole washing involves spraying, scrubbing, and rinsing the window from
the ground below, using a hose and a brush on a long extension pole.

Hand washing is better because the technician can more easily see what he is doing,
spending extra time to ensure that the entire window surface is clean.

We also wash, and wipe clean your window sills & window screens. We can even clean your
chandeliers, ceiling fans and skylights as well as your mirrors, interior & exterior light
fixtures!

Our technicians use disposable "booties" over their boots to ensure no mess or dirt is
dragged from outside onto the floors of your home.  There's nothing worse than workers
coming into your home and leaving a mess for you to clean up afterward!

Building a new home or remodeling one?  We also do post construction cleanup for your
windows, including cleaning off tags and their sticky residue as well as scraping away paint,
putty, sealant, stains, etc.

Pressure Washing/Cleaning is another great service we offer at JET!

  • Pressure washing, is the process of using high-pressure water, or a chemical and
water mixture to remove mold, mildew, and dirt from surfaces.  To prevent damaging
grass, plants, shrubs, and trees, biodegradable soap is used.
  • Professional pressure washer machines are designed with interchangeable tips that
allow the technician to vary the pressure and type of water stream applied.  Since an
inexperienced operator might use the wrong tip and severely damage stucco, ruin a
paint job, or even a driveway's surface, always hire a professional!

Some examples of surfaces that can be pressure washed are:

  • Driveways
  • Patios
  • Concrete
  • Sidewalks
  • Brick
  • Vinyl Siding
  • Decks
  • Fences
  • RV's
  • Stable stalls
  • Graffiti removal, and much more!

Gutter cleaning is also another service that we offer!

  • Clogged and overflowing gutters can dump water onto the ground next to your
home.  Gutters that are clogged can also cause water to flow over the back edge of
the gutter and damage the fascia or the soffit.
  • Sometimes, gutters can be cleaned from the roof; other times, a ladder is
necessary.  High-pitched roofs and speciality roofs, such as authentic slate or cedar
shake, usually require ladders.  Whether the technician works from the ground or
from a ladder, the heights involved make gutter cleaning dangerous work.
  • At JET, we equip our ladders with U-shaped stand-away brackets to protect your
gutters from dents.  These brackets allow the ladder to rest against the wall of the
    house instead of the gutter.
  • While some companies throw debris removed from the gutters on the ground for you
to clean up after they leave, JET will bag & haul the debris away for you.

When it comes to your gutters and down spouts, we recommend that you clean them a
minimum of twice a year to prevent clogging, which can lead to back up, and eventually
damaged woodwork.
